How to make Malai Kulfi

This simple to prepare, yet perfect tasting kulfi is one of her specialties. I enthusiastically tried it out a few days back and it was set and ready perfectly on time for my ma-in-law's birthday! To my greatest delight, she was absolutely delighted with the treat and savored the yummy kulfis heartily :)
ngredients


Milk -  1litre
Sugar- 1 cup
Cornflour - 2 tblspn
Milk Powder - 1 cup
Fresh Cream - 1 cup
Badam, Pistachio - 1/2 cup powdered

for additional flavor (optional):
Cardamam - 2 pods powdered
Khewra essence - few drops
